Time and Materials
An attractive option for businesses with limited budgets, Time and Materials gives you expert IT consulting on an as needed basis.

Hours Contract
Similar to Time and Materials, Hours Contract lets you prepay a specified amount of hours at a reduced hourly rate.

Project Contract
With Project Contract, you get a specific service for a fixed fee. This service might be the specification of a server, or the implementation of a mail system, or the conversion of a file and print server from Netware to a Microsoft Windows 2000 Server. We'll provide an analysis or feasibility study upon which we base our implementation plan and project costs.

NEW! Managed Infrastructure
Eliminate your need for an in-house IT department with our Managed Infrastructure plan. For a fixed monthly fee, MSG provides all infrastructure services. We assume responsibility for the functionality of your computer room, from adding users to the network to solving problems caused by viruses, hardware failure, or loss of LAN/WAN connectivity. Under this plan, you get a cost-effective, "bullet proof" network infrastructure that minimizes maintenance requirements, is externally manageable, and provides maximum performance. (Networks must be Windows 2000 based with a fixed Internet connection.)

NEW! Managed Infrastructure with Equipment
Run your business using the most up-to-date systems without having to constantly worry about the purchase, disposal, and maintenance costs of equipment and operating system software. With our Managed Infrastructure with Equipment option, you receive all the benefits of the Managed Infrastructure program with the added benefit that MSG owns the equipment as well. You choose from a menu of equipment and services and pay only a fixed monthly fee that includes maintenance, installation of service packs and patches, and addition/deletion of users. Equipment and operating systems are upgraded biennially. MSG provides this service for servers, workstations, and peripherals.

NEW! Network Monitoring
Who's watching your servers? You need our daily monitoring service. We watch all key server functions on a daily basis including system usage, disk space, backup verification, overall network health, security and error logs, system performance, and anti-virus status. (Networks must be Windows 2000 or Novell based with a fixed Internet connection capable of supporting a VPN connection.) Contact us today for more information.
