MassMedPro is our popular MassMed9 billing system updated to produce HIPAA 837P format electronic billing transactions. The resulting claim batch can be submitted directly to MassHealth via disk or bulletin board. MassMedPro has been approved for electronic submission of Original, Void & Replacement claims. If needed, you can produce any claim in Form 9 paper format. Although the name has been changed to MassMedPro, the system retains all of the features which made the original so popular:

Enter up to two batch billing procedure codes.

The Batch Posting Method allows you to enter a week's worth of billing with just a few mouse clicks. This feature is very convenient for organizations such as adult day care centers that repeatedly bill for up to two separate procedures.

Of course, as with our Basic Medicaid system, you can enter billing on a traditional line-by-line basis if you wish.
